PS3 Hard Drive Upgrade

Just found something that might interest some of you PS3 owners. On a website which is (very much) a rival to this site, they are selling a 500gb HD for £65, which is PS3 compatible. Looking at some forums, they are not very hard to fit and their are plenty of tutorials to do it. Seems like a good upgrade for a good price.

Hi

Watch you dont strip the screws that secure the ps3 hdd into the hdd cage they are really poor quality.

I might be talking out of my rear end, but I thought that the PS3 only supports drives up to 320gb?

nope, drive size isnt an issue. it supports 1tb+

As stated beware the stripped screw head, have a pair of needle nose pliers at hand just incase it happens
