PS3 - Headphones without headphone Jack

So I enjoy gaming on my PS3 but I'd rather do it with headphones, as I'm using a PC monitor (IIyama ProLite E2273HDS) that doesn't have a headphone jack how can I play with headphones on my PS3?

Get some that plug into your ps3 Then the PS3 will do all the work. I have the Sony Stereo headset and the dongle plugs into the front usb port and works great. Virtual 7.1 as well
