PS3 Headset

Thinking of getting a headset for PS3 online play.

However, if I get one will I hear the other players' voices in the headset rather than from my TV's speakers?

At the momment I can barely hear the other users from my TV Speakers. Do I have some setting wrong?

Depends on what u mean by headset, do u mean a bluetooth thingy?

Then yeah, if anyone else is using voice then it comes thru the headset, as for the volume it depends, on the burnout demo i can hear ppl perfectly fine but in warhawk everyone seems to be garbled and i can barely understand anyone.

As for the TV issue, if the game has VOIP in the menus then make sure its as high as possible other than that it may just be the other ppl have thier mic volume set too low.
