ps3 help please!!

hey all
i got my ps3 today and am currently on resistance. just wondering what i can do to try out the 6axis thing as have no idea how to use it. its deffo turned on in the ingame options. thanks

afaik the only thing you use the sixaxis for in resistance is when you ger some bug type things stuck to you... You shake the controller to get them off.

But I haven't played it so not 100% sure.

anthing 6axis related in motorstorm at all? i got that game also

If you go to the options in motorstorm you can change it so the steering is done by the six axis.

Download Flow from the shop, that uses sixaxis

in resistance online, you can also shake the pad to put out fire if youve been flamed

You did know that you could have used the directional pad instead? But shaking it was far easier, specially in MP when you had a bullseye lock on you.

This was nothing to do with the PS3 until other people said it was.

Shaking a light controller around like that with sweaty palms = chance for it to slip, and it nearly did.

Just a shame success depends largely on the waves and water dynamics rather than skilfully using the controller

Anyway sterring in Motorstorm can be done with the SixAxis and it works rather well, my 4 year old son can even drive using that (not win obviously but he got the hang of steering rather quickly)
