Hello,

I had the PS3 on a 26" HDTV samsung via HDMI put ive jus put it on a 40" rear projection via AV1scart.

The av1 is blank as is everything else apart from the TV, i have tried tuning it but no luck.

Any idea? thanks
 
Try resetting your display setting by holding down the power button for around 10 seconds.
 
Did you not change it over to AV on your ps3 before hand? if not hold the power button down for about 10 seconds and it will reset the console back to AV

You need to hold the power button when the console is switched off, it'll power up and then after 5 (possibly more) seconds of holding it it'll beep. That resets the display settings and will hopefully sort it out.
