PS3 - how do you find out how much space you've used?

Hi again, I've got a 250gb ps3 slim, and I was wondering (seeing as I have some games, music, etc on there) how to find out how much of the hard drive space you've used/remains.

Thank you kindly good sir, plus assuming your username is linked to you liking the band killswitch engage then excellent stuff, great band latest album not their best in my opinion mind, but they have made some real great songs, 'Reject Yourself' probably my fav.

No problem, and yeah I love a bit of Killswitch, one of my favourite bands.

My fave album is probably As Daylight Dies, has quite a few good tracks on it; My Curse, Arms of Sorrow, The End of Heartache, and the title track is pretty good as well.
