PS3 Internet Connection

Anyone got PS3 connected to Internet, via Windows 7, by sharing internet connection?

I used to have it set up like this on XP but can not figure it out on W7

Probable me being stupid, but I just wondered what exactly is the point of that, over having the connected separately?

i dont have a router. Just cable modem.

Buy a router mate will safe you a lot of hassle.

How have you got them connected to your computer ?

Dont you have to bridge the connections in "change adapter settings" in the Network sharing center ?

First thing I thought of was maybe a firewall issue on Win7
