ps3 iplayer - why don't I get an icon?

As title since it's release I have never been able to get the TV tab on XMB.

What am I doing wrong?

I could never get the bbc iplayer icon on my jap ps3 updated it today to the 3.10 update and now its there lol.

Same as, i didn't have the iplayer icon before (HK console) until i updated to 3.10 and lo and behold it's made an appearance

try downloading vidzone and install it. Thats what i did and the tv icon came up after i rebooted my ps3(HK version)
