PS3 keyboard and mouse

Thinking of getting a bluetooth keyboard and mouse for the ps3.

Will I be able to use them in all games the same way I can on a pc?

Using the gamepad for games like call of duty does my head in, as I am so used to a mouse controller.

Was hoping that the kb and mouse could be used in tha same way, as the controller bugs the hell outta me when trying to aim.

Practice will sort that out, but I just dont enjoy gameplay with the controller at all......will have to persevere with it I suppose
