think they needed it that big to hold the giant air con system blowing onto the back of the PS3 in an attempt to avoid a Xbox type crash.

how can you tell what kind of LCD it is ? If it is the x series surely they must be fairly big !

The Sony X series has the floating glass border effect. I am after one of those TV's so have been studying them.

As long as the videos are ingame, then it's not too big a deal, though if they are just videos, they can stick any Blu-Ray player in the middle of the booth and press play, you don't need a PS3 to show videos, just a nice fake one on the outside

Seriously though, it's a bit rubbish that they're not even letting people play them, though I guess it'll be different from shop to shop maybe.
