Hey everyone,
So my first PS3 problem. Since yesterday, it has no longer been able to transmit audio through the optical out. I've checked all the settings and they are the same as how they've been for months. The same cable and amp works fine with my 360.
Audio does work going to my TV via HDMI.

Any solutions? Or am I going to need a replacement..

Edit: I just managed to get it partly working - the left and right channels are working for some reason, but not the center, rear left and rear right.

can you chose HDMI and optical at the same time? I thought you could either choose HDMI for sound or optical not both?

Have you perhaps choose an output range that's not possible or turned the volume down. I'm not infront of the console but there is a volume controller I'm sure.
