Hello ive tried to get my ps3 pad working via motion joy software but its a pita.
Any other programs or drivers out there to help me? Ive got the 360 wirless pad with the dongle but I never was able to get used to it playing any of the gta on the xbox. Trying to get ready fro gta v on pc.

You want Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR. Dongles are available for a couple of quid. Goto the MIJ drivers menu then look for BT devices, tick the box, install its drivers, go to main menu and pair it up with the controller

I'll give it a go. My mobo has a Bluetooth adapter 2.1 +EDR. Thanks for the help.

Use the xinput wrapper, much better than motionjoy. On phone ATM so can't link, but if you search there have been a few threads about it in the past :)

I think Witcher linked to it above - the SCP driver package.

I agree though, it's light years ahead of MotionJoy.

I bought a £3 dongle for use only with my controller. Size of the USB port itself so I just leave it plugged in the back.

Then when I want to use my PS3 controller I just press the middle button and it all connects and does everything automatically. The only thing running is the SCPService which uses around 5MB of ram.

Have you got a link to where you got it from, I'm having no luck finding one that works

Push and hold the ps3 button for steam big picture mode ;)
