Yeah, but not cross game though.
If you all have the camera you can do video party chats too.

You can in Killzone 2, but unfortunately you all need to get into the same server first

Other games do it a lot better, like Resistance 2 you can create your party before joining a server so you can join as a group.

KZ2 is much better since the update. You can join your mates and create a squad with you all in and then you'll stay in the same squad game to game until you leave. You'll have dedicated voice comms.

Also if you mute the other team and the people that are not in your squad , they cannot hear you then

Which is good if you want to talk about tactics and the like
