PS3 Photo Gallery - crap?

All I want to do is to sort my holiday pictures from two cameras into one playlist and order them by the date the picture was taken. Is that so hard? Evidently so, or perhaps my meagre intellect is unable to decipher the genius behind this application.

Anyone care to help?

Just use the normal viewer you can still select slide shows etc you dont have to use the photo gallery.
