Does the PS3 80Gb model come with a cable that will let me connect to my plasma, even if it doesn't have HDMI? i.e. can I get an HDMI cable at a later date, but still connect? I suppose I'm saying does it come with a scart lead or something similar.

It comes with a composite cable, but it'll look fugly. Your best bet is to pick up an HDMI cable for a fiver from just about anywhere!

Comes with a S-video (yellow, white, red) cable but that won't be in HD.

That's not S-Video, it's composite. S-Video is a 10(?) pin connector that's significantly higher quality than the one that's in the box

Ah right, I did write composite but fogot how I spell it so wrote S-vivdeo instead
