PS3 pro evo 2008

Hi just got a ps3 for xmas

... However not too impressed. Only have 2 games, guitar heroe 3 (which came without the guitars wireless receiver) and pre evo 2008. Pro evo seems like a good game but its stutters like thers no tomorrow. When playing on a 42 inch its barely playable in my opinion. On the 32" its better but not great. Was expecting much much more. My guess is the refresh rate is too low and i cant find a way to change it.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks

there is an option to install the game on the HDD just look in the game settings, it uses a few gig but its runs fine after that for me, ive got a HD26" samsung

Indeed. If you'd looked at the forums you'd have seen this is the general opinion too. PES2008 is apalling this year and Fifa is better than ever and surpasses PES by a long, long way.
