PS3 resetting

my mate brought his ps3 round tonight and we want to use my projector. i dont actually have another screen we can use it on to reset the display so we have to do it blindly. basicly we are trying to set the PS3 to the non HDMI setting on display settings. we can just about manage to navigate to Settings > Display > Output settings but we dont know which setting is which. like is HDMI at the top or the bottom or where is the scart setting. we are looking for the scart setting. then after that we dont know what we will have to do so good someone right a quick guide for me? imagine you are blind and trying to change the settings. confusing i know but if you could help me it would be so awesome :D

no luck :( please just tell me where the settings are on the display menu? like Display > Output > then how many down to AV > then what we do from there. like push down for auto or manual

Mine starts at the Playstation Network on the XMB. So, to get to display settings it's:

Left 7
Down 10
Press Right
Press X
Down 3
Press Right

That gets you onto a screen with:

Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr
RGB

For the AV/Scart options. First is default, pick one then X and after a few seconds you'll get the normal "Do you want to keep this new output as the display?" screen, default option is no, so press left once onto yes and then X.
