PS3 - SF4 or MK9 or Tekken6?

I'm after a fighting game for multiplayer over beers with friends, but haven't got a clue which one to go for. There seems to be a lack of reviews comparing the 3 main titles, so I was hoping OcUK would be able to guide me...

And as i'm also a Tekken fan i'll say Tekken 6

In all fairness I love all the games mentioned but Tekken has always seemed more beer friendly to me as some characters are very beginner (button bash) friendly which is very suitable for beer lol

Bit late to the party it seems but I would take both SF4 and MK9 over T6, MK9 is actually a very fun game it's a lot deeper than people give it credit for but the only problem is online is terrible but if it's only for a few mates coming around for offline play it would be fine.

If it HAD to be one of those you listed then like i'd pick Tekken 6

If not then Soul Calibur definately

Doesn't have to be one of those at all, they're just the ones I'm familiar with (since the franchises have been around forever!). Another one in the mix now it would seem!

i have all and all are good for button bashers. my annoying mate wins with SF4 rypo against me with pressing kick and punch when i go all out with big moves lol. he just laughs when i get wound up.

Yeah, it was. I bought 5 lol, I can sell them at a local game store for £8 each. That's £6 profit per game, which is £30. Assuming they actually send them, could easily get more lol
