PS3 Stranglehold on time + Free Blu-ray

However, having contacted Midway, 1up has confirmed that the game is still scheduled to launch along side its Xbox 360 and PC counterparts on September 17th. In addition, the PS3 version also ships with a free copy of the upcoming Blu-ray release of Hard Boiled.

i bet you it has poor frame rate on the ps3 though compared to the 360.

great you can watch the movie in hd, but will you want to play the game?
 
Doesn't mention it on a competitor site I just looked at for preorders, there is however a 360 only special edition on there which includes:

Special Edition Contains:

* Special edition embossed metal box with unique artwork.
* 20-30min – MTV Master Making of Documentary
* 10-15 min – The Sound of Stranglehold – Audio Design
* 10 min – The Look of Stranglehold – Art Design
* Trailer Gallery
* Other Midway title spots
* Wallpapers
* Screensavers
* Windows Themes

I thought Stranglehold was originally being developed for PS3? If so then maybe this time it won't have lower performance than 360 version
 
I have hard boiled on dvd, its slightly remastered, but i dont really want it in HD, its not exactly got the best special effects.

Ohhh, very nice. I think I'll go for that, the art design obviously interests me a lot.

Dunno, Lots of Dreamcast games if you stuck the Disc into your PC you would find cool stuff like wallpapers and screensavers.
 
i guess, i think this games a rental for me. The demo was an enjoyable blast but im not sure if id replay it much. Actually i might get it on PC as it'll probably be fairly cheap.
 
I think this is the one PS3 game which is actually region locked as the film is on the same BD iirc.
