PS3 Surround Sound Noob Alert

Right

I have a Samsung F86 40 inch badboy with a PS3 and a freeview box
I want to take the plunge and purchase a 5.1 surround sound system for PS3 games and watching Blu rays

I have spent god knows how many hours reading bits and bobs about surround sound and im still clueless

Buut

Does it have all I need to set it up, I mean Iv been reading about Recievers and stuff and dont want to spend a ridiculous amount.
Id budget on £400 max
