PS3 to Monitor

I'm thinking of going down the dual-monitors route, and seeing as the TV is hardly ever free - I'm looking into the idea of using one of the monitors for my PS3 too.

So basically, if I'm running dual monitors, would it be pretty easy to switch one of them between my computer and PS3 regular, or would it become a bit of an effort everytime I wished to do so?

And, what connection would I need? DVI>HDMI?

And how/where would I connect the speakers?

Any info would be great.

Hopefully the monitor would have an HDMI input, that way connecting it would be very simple.

Your monitor needs to be HDCP compliant.
