Spent this morning getting the last few outstanding trophy's on Uncharted, ready for no 2 release, but have come across a problem. In the game it states that I've unlocked everything and have all the medals. But when you look at the trophy's section in the PS3 menu it states I'll still missing two. The trophy's menu has gone through the "Synchronizing Trophies" several times, but they still wont show. Any ideas?

What are the 2 you are missing? Do they have "???" (which means they are secret trophies). If so you will have to look up online which ones you are missing.

Did you start playing the game before the trophy patch? If so you may have to delete your save and re-get the trophys you have missed. Also check on the uk playstation site and view your trophy list online to check if it has updated correctly.
The one's PS3 trophy menu states I'm missing are, Expert Dynomight & Steel Fist Expert. But if I load my Uncharted save game then I have got both of these medals (1000 out of 1000). It seem that the game is not sychronizing with the PS3.

If he started playing before the patch then he would not have any trophies. He says he is missing only 2. Logically 1 is the Platinum, which you get for getting all the other trophies. So he is missing 1, playable, trophy imo.
I think you are missing 3 trophies, including the platinum. You can't have the platinum without having those 2.

A quick google shows the easiest one is the steel fist.
Start on easy mode, then skip cinema, then shoot each person who jumps on the boat, once, then take them out with melee. I think more than 5 ppl appear in the 1st section so should be easy. If it doesn't unlock then you have a problem, if it does then maybe the game did not record it properly the 1st time.
I know you said the game says you got 100% but does it make note of things like this in game? I know it keeps note of treasures and stuff, but I dunno if it replicates every trophy in the trophy menu?

The only one not in the uncharted medal list is the platinum one. The other two (fist & dyno) clearly show as being achieved, hence 1000 of 1000 medal points. I don't realy want to delate and go through it all again (crushing took long enough to get through).
How much more difficult was crushing than hard mode out of interest? I keep putting this game on the backburner, bit it doesnt help I've seen most the story before (cannot stand the last couple chapters).

I am stuck on the bit where you enter the church from the back and are outnumbered heavily, with 2 snipers near the candles at the other end. Been stuck on that for ages, try it every now and then...

Got it sorted, took the plunge and deleted the game (after putting current saves on a memory stick), and started from scratch again. Got half way through and as I was redoing the medals and got the expert dynomight, up it pops saying I've got the platinum 
. I through deleting the game data would remove all the trophy's, but it seems not.
Crushing is right pain in the back side (think one shot kills from the AI), bit I got stuck on for ages was when you first find the your crashed plane in the tree.

I didnt make my self clear that if you already have the trophy, it cant take them back by deleting a game save. The Trophies are saved on a server, the only thing that deleting a gamesave will do is delete ingame stuff ie if you have unlocked certain options/ difficulty levels you will have to unlock them again. I had to do the same thing for those trophies for some reason, thats why i mentioned it, bit of a pain i know but it seems to be the only way it worked.
