Theres quite a bit just a couple of sites I found, not sure of a release date just 2007 as far as I know.

I guess you could say Epic have not confirmed it 100% but going as they mention it while playing a demo of it im pretty sure it is.

Have you heard about any other games that may support keyboard and mouse?

apprently FPS's on the PS3 will support mouse and keyboard in the future.
