PS3 Vidzone, EULA won't scroll?

Is anyone else having this trouble?

I can see the top of the EULA for Vidzone but the up down on the scrollpad won't make it scroll so I can't get to the bottom to agree to the EULA.

Any thoughts?

No but I just realised my GH controller was controller 1 and controller 2 and the BR controller have no effect! It has to be #1.

Yes it sure does, i found this out the other night when trying to use my BT remote control (which is always controller 7) and it wouldn't work.

Using the DS3 for things like this sure is a pain. I really wish I could use my BD remote.

you can, you just need to reassign it as controller 1
