ps3 warranty ?, knacked controller.

Anyone got any experiences with claiming for a new controller from sony ? Mine stopped working yesterday, doesn't seem to charge. The lights come on briefly when you plug it in but thats it.

Had it since xmas, hasn't been abused, since i only really watch movies and Netflix on it at the mo, until i get a decent tv.

have you tried the shop you bought it from, when i got my ps3 from game, the controller started playing up (x button used to get stuck) had it for about 3 months but when i took it into game, along with the receipt they tested it, found the same problem and swapped it over with a new one.
