This initially happend to me back in 2010, I got a replacement which i paid £130 for but that replacement has developed the same problem!
I've called Sony, got angry and now I'm waiting for a call back from a supervisor, I don't see why I should have to shell out again due to their shoddy build quality!
Has this happend to anyone else? Do I have any rights?
