PS3

I think the pricing would be more of an effect than the fact the wii/360 is out i would love a PS3 as there is going to be some great games on there i like such as Metal Gear, Gran Turismo, Formula 1 with loads of new ones to. The thing that would stop me buying one would be Price and the fact if there still aint a lot of bugs in the console when i can afford to get one at a lower price than £425

Its still not 100% a march launch as you never know whats going to happen with sony and they are hesitant to confirm march again
 
Of course it will be affected.

I'm not sure what Sony have been playing at - but they must have run into a lot of complications.

A March or possibly later launch....at least it's effective in wiping out a huge share of the market.

I'm not being funny, but they would be better off releasing the PS3 here (Europe) just before next Christmas. It's fast turning into a third alternative.

And even when it does come out - a fair share of people aren't going to pay the guts of £500 for it. Unless them or their parents are thick-walleted.

It's been nothing short of a nightmare (imo) - and I speak as someone who has owned three playstations and never owned an Xbox.

The latter I'm considering correcting this Christmas.

I am sure it will be affected and its feelings will be very hurt, although how you can affect an impersonal object is beyond me. Maybe they developed ub3r AI with the Cell processor.

It's sales wont be effected becuse they haven't made enough to sell. Demand will outstrip production for a long long time at this rate.

GT HD has been cancelled. The team have said they'll release what they've done for free and start work on GT:5.

:eek: :eek: News to me When are giving that away, I presume you have to pay for the optional extras or something

Probably a wise decision all the same
