bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
You'll know its worked, as in the bottom right corner of the screen you'll see Windows 7 Test Mode on.
That's it..
Also, search for joymotion version 4?? I think, and follow the guide, it'll provide Xbox360 pad emulation.. Very hand for most PC games nowadays..
You can even get Steam source games to work in gamepads now.. Half Life 2 with a gamepad.. lol

iv-tecman was very close with PS3 controller software, it's MotionJoy and works a treat, though the install can be somewhat cumbersome.
If you want the GUI version of disabling the driver signing then I suggest using Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider. This will give you ability to remove the watermark if you wish and also the driver signing which I believe is only needed for x64 - if it all. It's been a while since I installed the software but I'm sure I had to sign the MotionJoy driver file.
