Probably the same reason some people might want to use the X1 controller on the PS4. They simply prefer it

I have an XB1 on preorder with Destiny and had a go on the controller in Tesco for first time yesterday and after using the DS4 for 9 months for it felt a bit strange in my large mitts, the shoulder buttons especially.
I still use a 360 controller with the PC so was surprised it felt strange but will no doubt come to love it given some use.
