I am going to be making a pro club for fifa 16 for those who are interested.
I am going going to make a casual club for players to get to know each other on fifa 15.
I have run top clubs on ps3 and pc div 1 level and after migrating to ps4 in the last few months i have found a lack of good clubs out there. I also ran ocuk club on pc which was a mix between ocuk players and players i knew or picked up.
The idea is going to be to build a solid club/team that can compete in the actual leagues comps and so on like fvpa.
If your playing dm or cm i don't want you charging forward all the time i want you to play the role you have within the team. The same thing if your playing striker.... if your playing a st role too many sts switch off and dont help their team out when defending. i expect strikers to come deep for the ball hold it up bring other in to play not just charge forward looking for goals all the time.
Its also important in know the value of the pass... a simple pass back or side ways can make a lot of space for a pass forward where constant risky forward passes are easy to read and counter and can often make the game liek a pinball game.
The team on fifa 16 will be serious and people who dont pull there weight in terms of playing their role within the team will be kicked after warnings.
New players will be given a chance in fifa 16 there wlll be a casual club where people can level their pros up and get a feel for fifa 16 before the main club is created.
I will be looking for 2 other managers who will be regular and loyal players. And who will decide on how we play what tactics we run and so on.
There will also be a twich and youtube channel where the teams sessions and best moments will be uploaded to.
If there is plenty of interest and players we could split the team into 2 a serious team and casual team.

best 3 positions : i think its best to find players that can play 2 or 3 positions

your pro gets better the more you play.
