Just had something strange happen.
For some reason my PS4 has decided to turn itself on from sleep, ejected the disk and got it self stuck in a loop trying to pull the disk back in.

Anyone else had this? Or is it time to call a priest and stock up on holy water?

Try this, turn off PS4, unplug the power cord from the console. Then try touching the the eject button over and over until it stops making the noise.

Plug it back in and try again. I don't know if this will help but I think I solved an issue with this before.

If its a launch ps4, with the touch sensitive buttons, they are prone to static build up that causes issues like this. Put something under the console
AHH get yea. Yes it is a launch one so that could be it.

Thanks, but as soon as I restarted it, it stopped ejecting thankfully

Normally caused by a build up of dust inside the console touching the metal prong contact for the touch sensitive buttons.
