I'd guess by the lack of responses there isn't such a device available.

the logitech g930 wireless headset had a voice morph in the logitech software. they can be used on ps4 but not sure if the morph can.

The Voice Morphing feature has been removed from Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) 8.70.315 for Windows. This is due to the expiration of the partnership between Screaming Bee™ and Logitech.
