Never Alone is a fairly fun co-op game to play with a little one, it's a rather short game but tells a nice story as you play it.
Knack while not overly interesting as an adult can be fairly appealing for little ones as a co-op game.
Minecraft can be a good little bit of fun to play with your daughter, me and my niece often play it once or twice a month.
Although only single player, you could potentially sit next to your daughter plays Stories. It's quite a nice game for one person to handle the controls and then you make the choices that shape the plot together.
