PS4 NAT Type 3

For a while now my PS4 has been getting NAT type 3 over Wifi. I have tried a number of work arounds including setting a static IP, port forwarding and putting my PS4 into DMZ, but still getting NAT type 3. I have Googled my problem and still can't find anything that will work. Can anybody help me out with this? Thanks.

Set static IP on PS4 at a high range above the many other devices connected to my Wifi in the house, used the normal standard subnet mask, default gateway & primary DNS set as main IP and set secondary DNS as Googles (8.8.8.8) Reset router and PS4, ran a connection test and had NAT Type 2.
