Ps4 no signal

Get sound no image. Think the tv supports 1080i not p is that a problem? How can I make ps4 output in that?

Tried 3 hdmi cables of varying eliteness but no joy

Yes new purchase.

It works fine on my other tv

Plug it back in to the other TV and set the output at 520p then plug it in to the new TV and see if you get a pic, if you do then set the resolution to match the TV

Seems the native resolution is 1024 x 768 so as above you'll need to set it to 480p or something on the ps4 using the other TV then reconnect.

Pretty sure you can reset the video settings as follows: hold the power button til it beeps once, then keep holding it for about ten seconds till it beeps two more times then it'll boot up in safe mode
