PS4 PRO air flow

Hi all
Getting a PS4 pro tomorrow and need advice on airflow.
It will be going into a tv unit that only has a little hole for the wires to pass through. I know this will be an issue for cooling the console to iv been looking into getting the heat away.

I was thinking of getting 2 80mm AC infinity fans and putting them on top at the back of the PS4 to push the heat out the front.
Or putting a fan as a exhaust on the back of the unit.

Ideas?

Only reason I have asked this was because I did have the original PS4 and it got loud and hot in there.

Think I'm going to try making 2 extra holes at the back first. Them.maybe get a ac infinity exhaust fan if it doesn't help

Made a couple holes last night and they worked a little so iv ordered the ac infinity fan to fit
