PS4 serial number when selling

Just sold a brand new sealed ps4 on ebay, buyer has lots of negative feedback :mad:

whats the safest thing to do? im at work at the moment so can't check but is the serial number of the box or would i need to open it up?

I just looked at canceling it and it says the buyer has to agree to it, is that true i doubt he will

how do i avoid the fees tho? Hes got back feedback and also leaves quite intimidating respsones to his back feedback.
