If he sends the money and it clears in your PayPal account or bank account etc...what's the issue? It's a brand new sealed item.

Just send it by a courier so you have proof it got delivered.

Is the serial no not on the box. If it is take photos of the box serial etc, then sell it to him. If it comes back you have photos of the serial no.

I never knew that, been using ebay for years but I only sell occasionally so I'm normally a buyer anyway.
