PS4 Twitch Streaming Issues

Hi folks,

Wondering if someone can shed some light on an ongoing weird issue I've been having streaming to Twitch from the PS4.

First off, my connection. 200mb down / 12 mb up.

Whenever I stream to Twitch I preview the stream on the PC and noticed it buffers like crazy. Tried 720p (60fps), regular 720p also. Got a friend to check and it buffers like mad for him.

Very same settings on YouTube and I never get a single hiccup. Other people's streams seem to appear fine on the PC.

Can anyone give me any pointers? I have ample bandwidth so I'm at a complete loss.

I don't know how the streaming on PS4 works, but are there settings anywhere to select which datacentre you're streaming to?

Unfortunately not. Wondering if this one is a Sony issue.
