I have a gaming pc built for haven’t really used it just collected dust I have always has a ps4 and always get the new games on the console as I know what it will look like on my pc should I be worried about my 750 TI card looking like an 80s pc, would it look the same ???

OP got a 750Ti...that's slower than the PS4 which the graphic performance is around 7850~.
you do get more tweaks with pc graphic cards that go beyond the optimized options for consoles, remember that the ps4 and xbox one are APU systems which as everyone in the pc nature knows are not as good and are limiting compared to having a dedicated graphics card setup and a non APU processor.
