Looking for some unbiased views here on the relative power/performance between the PS4 and Xbox One. The main console in our house is an Xbox Series X but there's a bit of contention between my kids i.e. having to take turns playing on it (and yes that includes taking turns with me!).
So I have an old PS4 and and old Xbox One (the original version with Kinekt) that have basically sat unused for years except acting as a DVD player. I am considering setting one up for my youngest son to play Minecraft and similar games on. But I'm unsure which is more powerful?
Leaving aside the power equation, I'm also a bit torn because on the one hand I have Xbox Game pass so would get more choice of free games on the Xbox One. However, on the other hand the PS4 has some exclusives that I can't play on the Xbox Series X. So having that setup would be a benefit.
