PS4/XB1, Internet access ?

Is it possible to go on youtube and check facebook with either of the above consoles at all ?

Any info is appreciated

Think can be done on Sony consoles. As you only pay to play online.

Not sure about Xbox

Both have web browsers so yea you can. Can't recall if Youtube works on PS4 yet on the browser. Think the HTML5 does.

For the PS4 use www.youtube.com/tv for a far better interface for a console IMO.

The Xbox One has a Youtube app whilst the PS4 can access it via the web browser (don't know why the PS4 doesn't have a Youtube app as the PS3 had one.... )

Facebook can be accessed through the web browser on both consoles (no app on either afaik - not that I have paid much attention to this point though).
