I'm having an issue with my PS5 account.
I've had the same account for 15 years and suddenly they've decided that my surname (****) against their ToS and now I can't use my PS5!!!
I've gone through the support pages, emailed them and messaged them through Twitter but had no response.
Anyone got any idea how I can contact them via phone (without paying premium rate for the call) or web chat because I can't find either.
