psn account question

hi

I have a ps3 with 3 user accounts on it, but i would like to remove 2 of them , do i just delete them or do i have to deactivate them?

You don't have to deactivate them but I would most certainly.

You can deactivate them/delete them of your profile. They will never actually be deleted as Sony keeps them in their servers.
