PSN Connection Problem

Hi im getting a problem when i try to download updates to games on my PS3 system. I can login to PSN but i cannot download updates and when i try connection test all goes fine then it says PSN: Failed. Help would be appreciated.

Okie Dokie. Hmmm The name thing dont work and i enabled upnp but still nothing. I am only 12 and i dont have a clue what your on about

Dont sweat i fixed it! all i had to do was create a new acount and dont sign in to PSN then do the up date and sign in after, sorted!
