The PSN will be down from 16:05 Thursday until 01:00 Friday. Users who try to sign in during this time will not be able to, so no online multiplayer, PS Store browsing, account managment. If you sign on just before 16:00 you'll be able to access all these features.
I am disappoint as tonight I have plenty of free time. Suppose I'll play through Fallout:NV or Enslaved instead.
