PSN, is it busy?

In my experience it's not as busy at Xbox Live, however, there's rarely been a time where I've found a shortage of people to play online with.
 
Id say Live does have more online players. But imo there is a limit to what can be definied as busy. Like there were 70 thousand players on PS3 COD W@W earlier, so when youre only in contact with 30 of those at a time its impossible to notice anything different, like when Im online I cant actually tell what busy is, I notice lack of but this hasnt happened to any current games as of yet on the PS3, the userbase is quite large.
 
As people have said, it's not as busy as xbox live but you will never be short of people to play with. I was recently playing SFIV with a person and recieved 3 invites as well which is actually too many people!
