Hey guys, not overly clued up on the PSN network and i need a little help.
I bought a Psp a while back and set myself up on psn with my current active email address. i used this on my psp for a few weeks and then bought a ps3. however at the time i could not (for some reason) log in on my ps3 with the details that i thought where correct for my account, So being impatient and wanting to use the psn features on the ps3 i set up another account with an alternative email address.
This was ok but recently the alternative email address i have been using I no longer wish to use and i want to be able to recieve all my psn related emails to my main email account so i can keep track of things easier. Now I am aware that you can change the email accounts that are tied with each psn ID, However the email account i want to use says that i cannot use it. Im assuming because its seen as already in use?
I have tried to reclaim the previous psn id with a password reset but it keeps saying that the information listed is incorrect when i input my DOB and email address?? I have no idea where to go from here and a quick google on contact details so i can explain to sony what has gone on in hope of resolving it has failed me.
Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated.
