psn refund?

Hi

Totally my fault due to excitement or tiredness, but I purchased a game for the psp only on my ps3. Has anyone ever got a refund for a purchase or know how to get one?

I emailed uk sony support and they basically told me that unless the product is defective they can not perform a refund.
