Hello,

Right, got my PSP (Sorry to all who we're selling them and I offered ridiculous offers, gotta try!) and its got a 2gb memory card. What can I purchase that I can keep a lot of stuff on and keep transferring it over, music, videos etc? I'm off on holiday soon and 2gb wont store my stuff, can you get hard drives for them?? Whats the battery life like? And whats the must have have games?

Thanks!

Pretty sure you can buy memory cards larger than 2gb.

Battery life isn't great (when playing games, not sure how long it lasts playing music), a spare would be a good idea.

Best games are:

GTA: Liberty City Stories (I wouldn't bother with Vice City Stories)
Burnout Legends
Ratchet & Clank
Daxter
Wipeout Pure
Crush
MGS: Portable Ops
The Smackdown games are pretty decent
Pro Evo is a fairly faithful to the console versions, though it's a little hard to control with the d-pad.

You can get 4GB Cards for £34.99 delivered, I would get a couple of these and look in to Custom firmwares which we can't talk about here so head over to maxconsole or some place like it :)

4gb cards are ridiculously cheap on ebay because they are fake. I've got one and apart from slow transfer speeds from PC it works fine.

These cards are genuine (SanDisk Gaming Memory Stick PRO Duo 4GB) bought from a 4 letter competitor.

I would never buy memory from ebay ;)

Agreed, memory cards are one thing you dont want to be cheap with,

"oh look I have just put 50-60hours into a FF game and am near the end"

Later that day...

"Oh look, my card is borked and im starting from the beginning" :p

I dont like to buy non official cards let alone £2 ebay ones, they may work fine for a while but that day may come and you will wish you had paid for a decent card.
